Advance is delighted to announce Marcus Young has joined Advance as Accounts Assistant strengthening our growing team.

Currently studying for his Level 4 AAT Accounting qualification, Marcus’s ambition is to become a fully qualified accountant.

Marcus said of his appointment: ‘I have always had a natural flair for maths and numbers, so Accountancy is a natural career choice. I hope to be able to develop a range of relevant skills in my new role whilst gaining a solid academic understanding at college.’

He adds: ‘I have always enjoyed learning in a practical way, so the opportunity to work and study at the same time is fantastic. Working in a small team is very hands on but it means I am getting stuck into my role quickly and understanding how Advance works.’
