High end cosmetic brand MAC, required eye catching lighting for their new MAC Pro flagship store in the heart of Soho, London on Carnaby Street.
In the heart of one of London’s most creative districts, the concept was to strengthen the brands retail platform, offering walk-in demos, workshops and lessons.

Brief
MAC tasked Advance with supplying LED lighting for an existing in-store staircase replicating MAC’s pantone colours from their range, creating a visual backdrop to the store.
The display needed to be eye catching, showcase vivid colour, but also easy to install onsite.
Development
A key element of the brief was to source pantone specific filters that would not ‘bleach’ over time, incorporating 4014 LED technology and a high CRI.
The final design incorporated LED light over 8 metres high by 6.5 metres wide, spanning 3 floors, consisting of 22 different LED filter colours and 44 runs of LED at 8 metres high, showcasing consistent linear light.
Delivery
Advance was required to carry out delivery and installation with the associated contractors. This had to be completed within a 48 hour time period.
